To ensure that our MCM Homeowners are being provided with as much information as possible for the current and future state of the funds allocation for our MCM community, the MCM HOA board has decided to postpone the special meeting for the Capitalization Fee until Monday April 3rd. We are currently waiting for the update to be completed for our third-party Reserve Study which was originally completed in 2016. The update to that study will provide helpful information and guidance for the funds that will be needed to maintain and improve our property with the current state that the economy is in. The results of this reserve study will be made available to our homeowners and will be reviewed during this Special Meeting. There will also be a summary that is put together for the highlights of the Reserve Study which will be made available as well. The update to the Reserve Study was supposed to be completed at the end of January but is now not going to be completed until late February. This is the main reason for the board deciding to postpone the meeting until April. The meeting will be held at the Library and will still have the same Zoom link available. The proxy for the voting on the Capitalization Fee will still be available on our MCM website well past the Special Meeting date as we need 260 homeowners to respond.
